Sharon Mofield-Boswell works within FCPS as a District Family and Community Engagement Liaison. Over the years, she has served in multiple capacities within FCPS both as a volunteer and as a team member. She was an active board member of 16th District PTA, an SBDM member and vice-chair of the Equity Council Committee. Sharon brings to FCPS a passion for students, families, and community with an unwavering commitment to equitable educational excellence for every student. She currently serves as an Executive Board Member of KAGE (Kentucky Association for Gifted Education), Executive Director of LexKAGE and a member of The Prichard Committee’s Equity Coalition. Her experience as an educator and an advocate speaks to her passion to build capacity around engaging FCPS families as partners in the family and community engagement work that lies ahead.
