Fayette County Public Schools Quote of the Podcast: "Legacy isn't just what I leave when you die, it's what I leave when I enter and leave a room" and "Legacy doesn't require perfection, it requires impact." Introduction of Guest BIO – Jackie Gordon Duvall | Athletic Leader & Community Champion If you ask Jackie Gordon Duvall what she does, she’ll tell you she uses sports as a vehicle to build better leaders and stronger communities. Officially, she is an Athletic Director with a love for building relationships, program development, and igniting fresh energy into any organization. She is known for executing and managing large projects while bringing a strategic vision and diverse perspective into many different spaces. She leans into her career as a track athlete to draw the stamina required to transform outcomes and build sustainable success. Over the past 9 years in athletic administration—anchored by 20 years of dedicated community service through non-profit work, board assignments, and more—Jackie has focused on empowering others, whether students, coaches, leaders, or other young professionals in the field. She firmly believes that sports have the power to transform the lives of youth, leaving a lasting impact on both the student and the community. She loves the thrill of athletic competition, but she loves seeing athletes grow, thrive, and develop into leaders who are ready for life after sports. When she isn't watching sports and working on ways to improve athletic initiatives, you'll find her enjoying a morning run and spending time with her family.
